Power to give directions.- The State Government may, from time to time, issue to the State Board, Secretariat and Public Authority such general or special directions related to the policy which is not inconsistent with the provisions of this act and is necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the objects of this Act and the concerned Board, Secretariat and Public Authority shall be bound to follow and act upon such directions.
