Amendment in Section-12 of Bihar Act, 10, 1984.– The following new proviso shall be added at the end of subsection (1) of section-12 of the said Act, 1984 :- "Provided that the term of the outgoing director, maximum one time only, may be extended, by the government for a period of three years or part thereof, but not beyond 65 years of age."
