Substitution of Section 8A of the Bihar Act 1 of 1951.- in the said Act Section 8A shall be substituted by the following namely- “8A. Appointment of Administrator.- The Government shall appoint an Administrator to exercise all the powers of the Board when the Board is superseded 5 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 3 मई 2013 or after the lapse of the terms of the Board and till the new Board under Section-8 is constituted”
