Short title, Extent and commencement .— (1) This Act may be Called the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust (Amendment) Act, 2013. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once. 4 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 3 मई 2013
