Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Court – No order made or action taken by the State Government or the competent authority in the exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act shall be called in question in any court and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any order made or action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.
