Short title, extent and commencement — (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Goshala Act, 1950. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force on such 2[date and in such areas as the State Government may, from time to time, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
