Amendment in section 9 of The Bihar Act 5, 2006.— The following new sub-section 2(b)(3) after sub-section 2(b)(2) of section 9 of the Bihar Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2006 (Bihar Act 5, 2006) shall be added :- "(3) The fiscal deficit targets for the year 2019-20 shall be increased by an amount of Rs. 5,688.00 (Five thousand Six hundred and Eighty Eight) crore over and above the limits prescribed in sub-section 2(b)(1) of section 9. The borrowing limit shall accordingly be increased."
