Amendment in section-2 of The Bihar Act 5, 2006.—The following new sub-section (n) after sub-section (m) of section-2 of the Bihar Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2006 (Bihar Act 5, 2006):- "(n) 'Interest Payment' means the amount payable other than refund of principal amount on the internal debt of the State Government, and loans and advances taken by the State Government from the Central Government and on State provident funds and other liabilities in the public account."
