Penalty for wilfully obstructing the fire fighting, rescue operations.—Any person who wilfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the Fire Service who is engaged in fire fighting operations, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
