Amendment in section 12 of the Bihar value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005).- Immediately after the word “section 10” in sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005), the words and figures “or section 46A” shall be added.
