AMENDMENT OF ACT 54 OF 1948. -With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint, sub-section (2) of Sec. 43-A of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (54 of 1948) shall be omitted: Provided that different dates may be appointed for different States.
