SPECIAL PROVISION RELATING OF THE ORISSA STATE ELECTRICITY REFORM ACT, 1995 OR HARYANA STATE ELECTRICITY REFORM ACT, 1997. -The provisions of this Act as far as they relate to the State Commission shall not apply to the Commissions established under the Orissa State Electricity Reform Act, 1995 or the Haryana State Electricity Reform Act, 1997.
