Penalty for neglecting wasting energy or injuring works

Penalty for neglecting wasting energy or injuring works. -Whoever negligently causes energy to be wasted or diverted, or negligently breaks, throws down or damages any electric supply-line, post, pole or lamp or other apparatus connected with the supply of energy, shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to two hundred rupees.
