Application of Section 18 to over-head lines maintained by railways. The provisions of sub-section (3) and (4) of Section 18 and of the Explanation thereto shall apply in the case of any overhead line placed by any railway administration as defined in Section 3 of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890), as if references therein to the licensee were references to the railway administration.
