Short title, extent and Commencement.- (1) This Act may be called The Digha Acquired Land Settlement Act, 2010. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. (3) It shall extend to the whole of the 1024.52 acres of land acquired by the Government at Digha, Patna for the purpose of the Bihar State Housing Board.
