Substitution of Section-14A (3) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935.— The Sub-section-(3) of Section-14A of the said Act shall be substituted by the following:- “(3) Notwithstanding, any thing contained in any provision of this Act, rules made thereunder and bye-laws of a registered society, the election to the managing committee of 4 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 10 फरवर) 2012 cooperative societies registered under this Act shall be held before the expiry of the term of managing committee as prescribed in Sub-section (9) of Section-14 of this Act or within period of nine months from the order of supersession of managing committee passed under the provisions of this Act: Provided that in the case of supersession of managing committee of any society as on the date of notification of this Amendment, the election to the managing committee shall be held within nine months.”
