Amendment in section 4A in the Bihar contingency fund (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Bihar Act 13, 2012)— In section 4A the word "3 (Three) percent" shall be subsitituted by word "4 (Four) percent" in the Bihar Contingency Fund (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Bihar Act 13, 2012).
