Amendment of section 4 of Bihar Act 19 of 1950.- For the proviso to section 4 of the Bihar Contingency Fund Act, 1950 (Bihar Act 19 of 1950) shall be substituted, as follows :- "Provided that during the period beginning on the date of commencement of the Bihar Contingency Fund (Amendment) Act, 2009 and ending on 31st day of March 2010 this section shall have effect subject to the modification that for the words 'three hundred and fifty crores' shall be substituted by the words 'One thousand five hundred crores'.
