Amendment in Section 3 of the Bihar Act 15, 1995.—The following proviso shall be added after section 3(1) of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995:- "Provided that in special circumstances, the State Government may take decision to take separate examination from the Combined Entrance Competitive Examination for entry to the first year of graduate level of a particular course."
