Substitution of Section-14A of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935.—The "sub- section (3)" of Section-14A of the said Act shall be substituted by the following:- "Not withstanding anything contained in the sub-section (9) of the Section-14 of this Act, rules made thereunder and the bye-laws of the registered society, the election of the managing committee of the class or classes of the registered societies notified under sub-section (1) shall be held within six months from the date of such notification and which may further be extended with due reason for a term of six months at a time but not exceeding two years from the date of first publication of such notification in the official gazette.
