Amendment of sub-clause (vii) of sub-section (2) of Section-66 of the Act 6 of 1935. —. After the words “shall be constituted” in sub-clause (vii) of sub-section (2) Section-66 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies, the words “through election conducted by the authority constituted under sub-section (1) of section-14A or otherwise” shall be inserted.
