Addition of anew section-I1A after section-L1 of the Act 6 of 1935.—(1) The following Section-! | A shall be inserted after section-11 of the Biliar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935, namely: — “11A, Registration of societies not registered under this Act— Where a society registered under section-5 of the Bihar Self Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 intends to convert itself into a co-operative society under this Act, it may apply for registration under provisions of this Act in accordance with procedure to be prescribed and notified by the Government.”
