(i) The Selection Authority constituted for the District Level Co-operative Societies shall prepare a panel of persons to be appointed in the different grades of the District Level Co-operative Societies. (ii) Notwithstanding any thing contained in the bye-laws of the District Level Co- operative Society or rules made thereunder, no appointment in any grade from. outside the panel shall be valid.
