Payment of purchase money.--The price of every lot shall be paid at the time of sale, or as soon thereafter as the officer holding the sale direct, and in 74] Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 [ Secs. 57M-57R default of such payment the property shall be put up again and sold.
