Recovery of sums due. to the Government.- All sums due from a registered society or from an officer or member, past or present of from his sureties or from the estate of a deceased member of a registered society or from his sureties as such to the Government including any costs awarded to the Government may be recovered in the same manner as arrears of land-revenue.
