Repeal and Savings:—(1) The Bihar Clinical Establishment (Control and Regulation) Act, 2007 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action, proceeding or anything initiated in exercise of the power conferred by or under the Act repealed under sub-section (1) shall continue till the determination of the action, proceeding or anything done as if the Act in question has not been repealed.
