Order to set aside judgement final, but rejection of application to set aside appealable - In all cases in which the Deputy Commissioner, under Section 227, passes an order setting aside a judgement or order, the order shall be final but in all appealable cases in which the Deputy Commissioner, under that Section, rejects an application for setting aside a judgement or order, an appeal shall lie from the order of rejection to the tribunal to which the final decision in the suit would be appealable, provided that the appeal be preferred within the time allowed for an appeal from such final decision.
