Execution of rent decree obtained by a co-sharer landlord - When one or more co-sharer landlords applies or apply for the execution of a decree obtained in a suit instituted under clause (b) of Section 142, by the sale of a tenure or holding, the Court executing such decree shall, before proceeding to sell the tenure or holding, give notice of the application for execution to the other co-sharers.
