Notice when to be given before issue of warrant of execution - (1) A warrant of execution shall not be issued upon any decree or order without previous notice to the party against whom execution is applied for if when application for the issue of the warrant is made a period of more than one year has elapsed from date of the decree or order, or from the date of the last previous application from execution. (2) A warrant of execution shall not be issued against the heir or other representative of a deceased party without previous notice to such representative to appear and be heard.
