Limitation of time for application for execution - [No application for the execution of a decree or order passed by the Deputy Commissioner under this Act shall be entertained unless such application be made] within three years from- (a) the date on which the decree or order is signed, or (b) where there has been an appeal, the date of the final decree or order of the appellate Court, or (c) where there has been a review of judgement, the date of the decision on the review. [181A. Application for execution by assignee of rent-decree. - An application for the execution of a decree for arrears of rent obtained by a landlord shall not be made by an assignee for the decree unless the landlord's interest in the land has become and is vested in the assignee.]
