The common seal shall be affixed to the following documents (1) all deeds of transfer executed by, or, on behalf of the Committee; (ii) all written contracts entered into by the Committee; (iii) the minutes of proceedings of the Committee; (iv) notices of the meetings of the Committee; (v) all receipts for money grated on behalf of the Committee; and (vi) any other documents which in the opinion of the Chairman orthe Secretary, is of importance
