Amendment in the Section 2 of Bihar Act, 22 1954.- Sub-section (d) (ii) of Section-2 of the said Act, 1954 would be replaced by the following:-"¼ii½ For the purpose of this Act "landless person" means a person who fulfills the following criterion determined by the Bihar State Government for qualifying as landless person:- For the purpose of Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act 'landless person' means a person who fulfills following criterion to be the landless person determined by the State Government%&%&%&%&A person who holds up to one acre or less land."
