Amendment in Section-19 of the Act, 12 of 1887.- In the said Act in Section-19 the words " the Jurisdiction of Munsif extends to all like suits of which the value does not exceed Thirty thousand rupees" shall be substituted by the words, numbers and bracket "the Jurisdiction of Civil Judge (Junior Division) extends to all like suits of which the value does not exceed rupees 1,50,000/-(One lac fifty thousand rupees)"
