Withdrawal of total Rs.- 77338,52,96,000 (Seventy seven thousand three hundred thirty eight crore fifty two lac and ninety six thousand), out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Bihar for the year 2019-20.-Total of Rs.- 77338,52,96,000 (Seventy seven thousand three hundred thirty eight crore fifty two lac and ninety six thousand), which will not be more than the amount mentioned in column 6 of the schedule of this Act may be withdrawn from the Consolidated Fund of the State of Bihar to meet various expenses to be incurred related to the payment in the year commencing from 01 April, 2019 in relation to the services mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule of this Act.
