Repeal and Saving - (1) The Bihar Agricultural University Act, 1987 {Bihar Act 8, 1988} and The Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010 {Bihar Act 12, 2010} are deemed to be modified in terms of this Act for the subjects of Veterinary science, Animal Husbandry, Dairy technology, Fisheries as also in respect of institutions enumerated in Schedule-1. (2) Notwithstanding such modification, anything done or any action taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under the said Act and so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, shall be deemed to have been done or taken in 45 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 29 अग# त 2016 the exercise of powers conferred by or under this Act, as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing was done or action taken. SCHEDULE-1 I. Educational Institutes –
