Residence of students - The students shall reside in the accommodation maintained by the University or approved by the Vice-Chancellor subject to the conditions as may be prescribed. However, the Vice-Chancellor or an authorized officer of the University may permit the student(s) to reside with their parents or in private accommodations when no accommodation is available with the University. 43.Annual Report - The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Registrar (or any other officer, if assigned) under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor normally within six months from the close of the Financial Year and intimated to the members of the Board one month before the meeting at which it is to be considered. The Board shall after consideration of the annual report forward a copy thereof to the Government.
