Short title, extent, application and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the "Bihar Animal Sciences University Act, 2016 (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar 20 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 29 अग# त 2016 (3) It shall come into force on such date as it may be fixed by the Government, by notification, in the Official gazette.
