Repeal and Savings.—(1) The Bihar Agriculture Market Yard Land Transfer Ordinance, 2017 (Bihar Ordinance No.-2, 2017) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act was come into force on the day on which such thing was done or action taken. 5 ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 13 दस बर 2017 SCHEDULE Statement of Land of Market Yard of, Agriculture Department to be transfer to the Tourism Department by the State Government:- 10 (Ten) acrs plot of land acquired for Market Yard, Patna City located in Mauja- Shimli Murarpur, Thana Number-38.
