Bihar Agriculture Land (Conversion for Non-Agriculture Purposes) Act, 2010 (Bihar Act 11 of 2010).—Section-7 of the said Act, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:- "7. Conversion to Industrial Land.-Conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land related to industries notified by the Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, may be allowed, from time to time, with the prior permission of the competent authority; Provided that the requisite fee, if any, shall be paid as per the prevailing policy of the Department of Industry."
