Power to remove difficulties. -- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order published in the Bihar Gazette, 11 बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 16 अूील 2010 make such arrangements not consistent with the provision of this Act, as it appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
