Repeal and savings—(i) The Bihar Agricultural University Act, 1987 and Rules and Statutes made there under, are hereby repealed. (ii) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action under the said Act, Rules of statutes or decision shall be deemed to be valid and shall not be questioned on the ground of repeal of the said Act. (iii) All matters related to Rajendra Agricultural University shall be governed by the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Government of Bihar and Government of India for the purpose of conversion of Rajendra Agricultural University into a Central Agricultural University.
