- S. 1Short title, extent and commencement:— (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Agricultural University(Amendment) Act 201
- S. 2The section amends the definition of "Region" in the Bihar Agricultural University Act to specify its jurisdiction under subsections of Section-3.
- S. 3Section amends the jurisdiction and management of the Rajendra Agricultural University in Bihar.
- S. 4The section amends the jurisdiction and authority of the Bihar Agricultural University to cover teaching, research, and extension programs in agriculture throughout specified areas.
