Annual Reports. - The Agency shall prepare, in such form and at such time each year as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a true and full account of its activities during the previous financial year, and a copy thereof shall be sent to the State Government and the State Government shall cause to be placed copies of such annual reports on the table of each House of the Legislature.
