Amendment in section 5 of the Bihar Act, 16 of 1983.- In the said Act after sub-section (5) of section 5, a new sub-section (6) shall be added as follows, namely- "(6) Service Condition of the employees of the Trustee committee shall be governed by the Rules made under section-27 of the Act."
