Section 29

Delivery of possession.

The Collector or other Officer as aforesaid shall order delivery of possession of the estate or share purchased to be made by removing any person who may refuse to vacate the same, and by proclamation to the occupants of the property by beat of drum or in such other mode as may be customary, at some convenient place or places; and by affixing a copy of the certificate at the Mal cutchery or in some conspicuous place of the estate or share of an estate purchased.
