1 [45U. Power of High Court to make rules.-- The High Court may make rules consistent with this Act and the rules made under section 52 prescribing-- (a) the manner in which inquiries and proceedings under Part III or Part IIIA may be held; (b) the offences which may be tried summarily; (c) the authority to which, and the conditions subject to which, appeals may be preferred and the manner in which such appeals may be filed and heard; (d) any other matter for which provision has to be made for enabling the High Court to effectively exercise its functions under this Act.]
