No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to be done ,in the exercise or purported to be exercised of any power conferred by or under this Act, on the State Government or the Council or the Executive Committee or any committee appointed by the Councilor on the Registrar.
