(1) No act or proceedings of the Executive Council, the Court, the Academic Council or any other body constituted under this Act or the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations or Rules made there under shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy existing in the body performing the act or passing the proceedings. 32 (2) The Registrar shall forward to the Government copies of the proceedings at a meeting of the Executive Council and the Academic Council within two months of such meeting.
