If the State Government is of the opinion that in view of the specialised qualification or experience required in respect o f certain specialised services and posts, it is not expedient to reserve such services and posts lor Women, or that there is requirement to increase or decrease the percentage of reservation for Women in respect of such services and posts, the Shite Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt from reservation of such services and posts and may also increase or decrease the percentage of reservation, for Women under this Act, relating to such services and posts from the purview of this Act.” MOHD.
