Pen al ty fo r sa le o f unst am ped co m m er ci al w ei ghts an d m easu res. —Whoever sells or delivers any commercial weight or m easureci any weighing or measuring instrument which has not been verified or re-verifi ed or stamped in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
